Your Instructor

I am former LPN who teaches First Aid, CPR, and AED classes because I've seen first hand how important it is to know what to do in an emergency. I've learned that being prepared makes a real difference, not just for professionals but for everyday people too. That is why my classes are designed to be easy to understand, hands on and focused on real life situations. I teach in a way that helps people feel comfortable asking questions and practicing skills. You don't need a medical background or proper experience. My goal is for you to leave feeling calm, capable and ready to help if someone needs you.
